Today I’m sharing one of my favorite tips, a recipe for infused water. I love water but I get bored with it, especially now that I am trying hard to get enough each day! Sometimes I look at the full glass in front of me and I just can’t bring myself to drink it!
I try to switch up my plain water with an infused water as often as I can. It’s such a healthy way to change the flavor! Here is one of my favorites:
Lemon Blackberry Infused Water
1/4-1/2 lemon, washed and sliced (I really love lemon so I use 1/2)
5-6 blackberries, washed
In A 32 Oz. Canning Jar:
Combine lemon, blackberries and ice. Add 16 oz. water. Screw on the lid and give it a few good shakes. Refrigerate 4-24 hours. Muddle the berries with the back of a spoon or fork, enjoy!
Check out these water bottles to help you with your goal- I love the ones that are made for infusions!
